A családban történt ugyanis hogy nyugdíjas házaspár Otp. Hitelük törlesztését, Grupamával biztosították. Azóta meghaltak és a grupama nem fizet az otp-nek. Először azt állította hogy nem vokt fizetve a biztosítás de ezt hamar megcáfoltuk. Most arra hivatkozik hogy az id idős házaspár túl hamar meghalt , bizonyára eltitkolt betegségük volt. Most erre is rácáfoltunk de még sem fog fizetni . Akkor miért is fizették évekig a biztosítást a hitelükre????
