Ez nem egyedi eset, ahogy az alábbi kommenteket nézem. Ide sem megyek többet. Válasz a szerviz alábbi válaszára: Egyszer jártam már önöknél hozott gumi átszerelésére és nem számítottak fel 50%-ot. Amikor telefonon érdeklődtem hetekkel ezelőtt, igenis említettem azt is, hogy hozott gumiról lesz szó, de nem esett szó felárról. A honlapon sincs információ. Ezúttal először email-ben próbáltam foglalni a honlapon, amire nem válaszoltak 1 hét múlva sem, majd végül telefonon foglaltam másnapra, ami pozitív. Ami negatív, hogy nem tájékoztattak a felárról, és hogy kioktatnak. Ismerek 2 másik gumist, ahol nem számolnak fel a hozott gumira. Ezzel amúgy nem lenne gond, ha ki lenne írva a honlapon árakkal, és informálnák az ügyfeleket a telefonban is, hogy ne fizetéskor jöjjön sokk, mert nem kis pénzekről beszélünk.
