Korrekt volt a hozzáállás, kiszolgálás, tájékoztatás, és helyszínen megoldották a problémámat rögtön, meg is javult a kerti gépem. Ilyen kéne, hogy legyen mindenhol a szolgáltatás. Köszönöm. I was there today and had a very pleasant experience. Attitude, service, information was correct, and the problem was solved on the spot right away, and my garden machine improved. Tobb mint 3 het utan tudtam elmenni ertuk, addig egyetlen egy hivast vagy uzenetet sem kaptam. Nem ertem. Sajnalom. Unfortunately, there was no communication, no feedback, no quotes, etc. - for weeks I was trying to find out where they were and what we were doing with the tools I had provided. I was able to leave after more than 3 weeks, and I didn't get any calls or messages. I do not understand. I'm sorry.

A nyitvatartás szerint szombaton is nyitva vannak 13.00 óráig de ott voltam 11.00 órakor és minden zárva volt. A weboldalon lévő nyitvatartás teljesen félrevezető, mert még hétköznap is csak 16.00 óráig vannak nyitva mások elmondása szerint. Unfortunately I do not have a good opinion either because 2 days ago I call the company no one answers the phone. According to the opening hours, they are open until 13.00 on Saturdays but I was there at 11.00 and everything was closed. The opening hours on the website are completely misleading, as they are open until 16.00 on weekdays, according to others.

Személyes ott jártamkor azt javasoták inkább vegyek új fűnyírógépet, mert nem érdemes a régít megjavítani. Korrekt, nem akartak "lehúzni" !! Helpful administration. They called me back on the phone after I couldn’t reach them. When I was there in person I was advised to buy a new lawn mower because it is not worth repairing the old one. Correct, they didn't want to "pull it off" !!
