Azt látom, hogy a 6 ügyintézőből kettő dolgozik, kettő egymással beszélget, egy eltűnt, egy pedig ügyfél nélkül tölti az időt a számítógép előtt. A kettő dolgozó hölgy egyike simán elbeszélget negyed órát az ügyféllel más témáról. Mellette telefonon információt szolgáltat. A hat hölgyből EGY dolgozik folyamatosan, igyekezve, ügyfélorientáltan... Megjegyezném azt is, hogy az ügyféltér tele van...
