Nem volt elég, hogy nem nyomtatták ki (kb. 5 perc) de még "függőbe" is állították az ügyet, hogy esetleg más kormnyablaknál se lehessen az okmányt beszerezni.
Unqualified client and problem management, complete lack of professional competence. My little girl did not receive her address card for months due to the government window in Mezőhegyes. It wasn’t enough that they didn’t print it out (about 5 minutes) but they even put the case “pending” so that the document might not be available at any other government window.
