★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never had this terrible experience with H&M but this time was awful at H&M in Debrecen forum.
A woman staff who worked June 16th 1st floor with eyeglasses at 2 pm.
She was terrible. I was buying two dresses but one of them didn't have sale price (even though same clothes have sale price on it.)
So I told her this one is on sale but there wasn't sale price on it.
But she didn't get it what I said so I went all the way down to get exactly same clothe with sale tag.
And I was trying to use my coupon
(I asked the another staff before using the coupon. She said it's able to use the product which is even though already on sale, so I already bought two dresses with the coupon at a counter underground one)
So I knew that it was possible to use.
But when I showed her the coupon she kept saying I can't use it with sale stuff.
I told her I already used this at downstairs counter. I showed her the first receipt and Finally, she let me use it.
☆The problem is she didn't say sorry at all. And she kept sighing to me with angry face and she didn't fold my clothes just gave it to me☆
