Through a 4 years that I used to go to this mall, the staff behavior never changed in Zara. Even that I raised a complaint in the website and the Facebook page but no one even cared. The most bad customer service I have ever received in my whole life. Today, I decided I won’t pay a single extra dollar for this company.

I found the cashier really rude for the followings: after I told her twice my surname, she was like ok, whatever Beatrix is here to receive her stuff. Once I got my big box, they just left me there.. I asked for a bag and she “very kindly” threw it to me to try it... of course it did not fit. When I pay for a service, I expect way more respect from one.
