Hilo Kilos, with goods refreshed on the first Monday of every month. You can get used fast fashion clothes at great prices and since it is not one of the most popular stores you can probably find cool stuff. It's a good idea to get away if you live in the area.

There was some interesting dress for the little girl but they didn't have the size, it seems better quality compared to the other branches, staff a little sad.

However, be careful with tour choice as almost half the products have some hidden tear or damage that is not immediately noticeable.
