A dolgozók végtelenül kedvesek,a választék viszonylag nagy, ahhoz képest amekkora az helyiség.
Többször megesik , hogy ami már másik üzletben kapható,az ebben még nem, de erről nem a dolgozók tehetnek.
 Overall, the business is fine.
The staff is infinitely kind, the selection is relatively large compared to the size of the room.
It happens several times that what is already available in another store is not there yet, but that is not what employees can do about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Első körben nem voltak segítőkészek, egy másik üzletükből küldtek oda egy terméket kerestem. Miután nem találtam meg egyedül, utána az egyik kolléganő segített, és korrekt volt.
They weren't helpful in the first round, they sent me from another store looking for a product. After I couldn’t find it alone, then one of my colleagues helped and it was correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos egy igen kellemetlen szituacioba kerultem az egyik elado holggyel. Ugy gondolom, ha egy masik elado elozo nap olyat allit, hogy egy melltartot is vissza vehetnek, akkor az a masik napon is legyen ugy, amikor visszaviszem. Legalabb azt elvarhatna az ember, hogy a beosztottaknak megfeleloen adjak vissza az infot. Szerencsere ma azt is tapasztalhattam, hogy a kedvesseg egeszen addig tart, ameg problemaval nem talalkoznak az eladok. Folyamatosan Onoknel vasaroltam, de ez az incidens annyira kellemetlen volt, hogy inkabb vasarolok mashol. :)
Unfortunately, I got into a very awkward situation with one of the sellers. I think if another seller sold me the day before that a bra can be taken back, it should be the other day I take it back. At the very least, one could expect me to give the info back to the subordinates. Luckily, I was able to see that kindness lasts as long as the sellers don't have a problem. I was constantly shopping with Onok, but this incident was so uncomfortable that I’d rather buy mashol. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem nagy bolt, de általában minden megtalalható ha kicsit zsúfoltan is. A dolgozók ha kérdés van kedvesen segítenek, szerintem az egyik legjobb Pepco ( Budán legalábbis biztos).
Not a big store, but usually everything can be found if a little crowded. The staff will kindly help if I have any questions, I think one of the best is Pepco (Buda at least for sure).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have returned a product, wrong size pot. Bernadett was superb, everything went fast and smooth. She was very polite and fast all alone in the store, well done.
All and all the store is fine, clean and has the usual stuff pepco offers, but it gets the 5 stars due to their staff.
