Do not recommend. I think I've been scammed. Visited them for consultation regarding dental prostheses and got approx. price a bit over 1000 EUR. After several months, I got my new dental prostheses and got charged around 2000 EUR. Their stuff, beside just only one receptionist (She is very professional and kind woman) are unable to speak any English. Other non English speaking receptionist is quite rude to foreign customers. In conclusion, non Hungarian and non Arabic customers should avoid their services at all cost, because they will use language barrier and miscommunication to their advantage at maximum. One positive thing. Dentist who did my tooth extraction has fantastic hand. He is real master of his skill. He managed to painlessly remove my 3 teeth in no more than 5 min. I got charged for this service atrociously high, of course.

Hello. I was treated by Dr. Baseeri Abdullah. Professional and efficient approach. It was a canal treatment. I started it on Tuesday and on Sunday the work was completed (3 meetings). I recommend Dr. Baseeri Abdullah. He speaks Hungarian and English fluently.

Awful experience! I visited the place 2 weeks ago because of a strong pain in molars with cavities, after the X-ray, the doctor suggested to extract 2 wisdom teeth, and said that the cavities can be worked after a month. The day of the surgery, the surgeon said he will extract a wisdom tooth and a molar, so I got confused since I was told it would be 2 wisdom teeth, he said the molar was damaged and needed to be extracted, I trusted his opinion and he proceeded. They started with the molar, which took the a while and then right after they were going to start with the wisdom, but they did not make sure if the anesthesia was "okay/enough" and they tried to lift it but I felt one of the most HORRIBLE PAINS in my life, the next I know is that they moved the bed, my legs were up and my head down because of my blood pressure went down, the assistant was very gentle and brought a towel to put on my forehead and gave me water with sugar, but my body continued shaking for some more minutes, after this, they said they would stop and continue another day. 2 days later, I went to have the wisdom tooth extracted, this time I did not feel pain, but from that day on, once the anesthesia was gone, a very INTENSE PAIN started. After 3 days of horror pain 24/7, I decide to call around 1 am because I couldn't stand the pain, the recepcionist in a very unfriendly way said "you should have called before", and asked me to go there right away. I went at 2.30 am, there was another surgeon on duty with a very limited English, he checked my mouth , prescribed me with antibiotics and said that the other surgeon will replace something the next day, I asked about what that "something" was, but he could not explain because of language barrier, I asked why wouldnt he do it at that moment that I'm there, he just said "next day", I asked to be prescribed something else for the pain, but he did not. I went the next day, this surgeon removed a 10 cm approx strip of gauze that was in the wound, and placed a new one way shorter and asked me to go again the next day to remove it again. Even after this, I felt much pain, so I decided to go to another dentist. After the evaluation, the doctor told me this gauze strip should be removed/replaced after 24 hrs (but they left it for 4 days), he also questioned the extraction of the molar, and explained that my gums are still very inflamed, so he will work on my cavities the next week. There are some other "details" I did not mentioned that made me regret having gone there, but in summary. I DO NOT recommend them!

This is rubbish. They have an English website advertising 0-24 service. I called due to an emergency and they just hang out because they only spoke Hungarian. I tried to call again and they always refused my calls. Terrible people and awful manners.

I do not recommend. The treated tooth broke on the third day, I asked a question about what to do in this case, I was simply ignored. During treatment, it was a feeling that the doctor - intern.

Very bad place. No coordination whatsoever. They gave me an appointment when I called. I got there on the day if appointment and they are looking at each other and saying they can’t find my name. I asked if they had doctors with braces on the previous day.. they said yes. I got there on the day of appointment and they are telling me they don’t have? What the hell? What kind of place is that? I would not recommend anyone to go there… it’s bad

Dentist Nasr Abdulqawi was one hour late; without apologising or the receptionist let me know that the wait would be this long, I was finally asked to go in. Without proper examination, he just injected an anaesthetic and then asked me to go out to wait for 10 minutes and turned around playng with his phone. Then 10 minutes later, he took in another patient, and I was left out waiting and wondering what was happening. I felt like he was working on a factory assembly line, with no patient care or hygienic care - with no dignity. The equipment looked like they were remains from a previous patient. I ended up leaving the place without receiving care. I do not recommend this place.
