★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zweckmäßiges Zimmer. Alles was es braucht. Gratis Kaffekapseln zur vorhanden Maschine. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Das Zimmer war unvorteilhaft möbliert. Das Sofa stand vor der Heizung, so das sich das Zimmer sehr schlecht aufgeheizt hat. Leider kann man das Zimmer nicht komplet verdunkeln. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen währen nötig. Das Zimmerschlüssel System ist eine Katastrophe. So gar in nüchternem Zustand ist es schwer die Tür zu öffnen.
Practical room. Everything it needs. Free coffee capsules to the existing machine. Well equipped kitchen.
The room was unfavorably furnished. The sofa was in front of the heating, so that the room has heated up very badly. Unfortunately you can not completely darken the room. A few small repairs needed. The room key system is a disaster. So even in a sober condition, it is difficult to open the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В номерах очень грязно .шторка в душе в земле ,в туалете нет замка ,дверь заклинивает ,плесень в ванной ,балконная дверь не закрывается и тянет холодом.
Везде на выступах дверей ,кухни пыль толстым слоем ,видно ,что не убирали уже очень давно ,протирают тоьлько поверхности вроде столов .
В коридоре два дня не горел свет и без фонарика ходить было невозможно
В саду вид неплох пока не повернешь голову в сторону развалин и помойки .
Из плюсов крытый паркинг и расположение в центре города.так же есть лифт .
The rooms are very dirty. The shower curtain is in the ground, there is no lock in the toilet, the door is jammed, mold is in the bathroom, the balcony door does not close and pulls cold.
Everywhere on the ledges of the doors, the kitchen has a thick layer of dust, it is clear that they have not cleaned for a very long time, they only wipe surfaces like tables.
There was no light in the corridor for two days and it was impossible to walk without a flashlight
In the garden, the view is good until you turn your head towards the ruins and garbage dumps.
On the plus side, there is indoor parking and the location in the city center. There is also an elevator.

Everything is convenient. Parking, central location, nearby restaurants, cafes and bars, meeting at check-in. The patio is just amazing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I cannot complain too much about the apartment itself and the stay until....
We were assaulted, and yes I know it may happen everywhere, and you may say to be more attentive. Well, when you leave the apartment for 5 minutes to go to the reception and book your airport transfer at 22:00, leaving your belongings and this happens, well, not the best experience. I guess I might be grateful as they left my ID documents for me to go back home, which means professionals were working. I dont think this was a coincidence.
Thanks god Im back home and definetely never again, not the place, not the city.
P.S. I heard this happening in other hotels as well. A way of life to some people...
