A	A. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a very poorly cut hair go to them. This is not even a lack of professionalism, this is lack of anything about haircuting. A 6 year old could do a better job. Terrible.
W	Wiktoria Jablonska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The communication with them is really bad. Came to here just for 1 hairstyle and then they said they cant do it. While making appointment was exactly said about perm hair and haircut. Very bad memories, going more like 1h and leave after 10min without perm.

Then other hairdresser came telling her to correct it. Very disappointing. Very bad behavior with customer.

She spoils my hair very long. She's not perfect. She says, "Trust me." But it was lack of experience? Very unkind.My hair has several colors. She tells me, “I think we should do it one more time.” Are you kidding me? Wasting time Money was very unpleasant. And only cash available. They say atm not working. They were wasting my time very much and I say they are leaving a wedding but she cuts freely. I protest but she told me to trust her. But is this too short? I would not recommend this place to anyone again.
T	Tanja Mušnjak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very cheap, but not sure if it was worth it. Two days after a haircut my sculpt still hurts from hairdresser pulling my hair while giving me a haircut and not being careful about it at all. Haircut is also poor quality. I do not recommend

I went in the morning on a Friday and it was empty, so I just had the time to take off the coat and was straight away asked to come forward (this was appreciated and probably the best part of the experience). The wash, which I said I wanted, lasted 30 seconds in total!: very much rushed and not a pleasure. Then on to the cutting chair, my hairdresser called the lady at the reception to have her translate what I wanted to have done. That was easy, because I went in with a picture. However, I ended up with something completely different!!!!! I was a bit shocked, but didn't ask to adjust or anything, because the atmosphere was not nice (another customer who came in had an argument as well) and the hairdresser didn't seem to care at all. Lastly, at the till it turns out that it was not possible to pay by card!!! Not sure if never or if there was a problem on the day. Either way, not one thing went well and would not recommend. :(
