Egy kérésünk volt, hogy ne kelljen napokra otthagyni a telefont, mert munka miatt szükség van rá folyamatosan. Bármilyen opcióra vevől lettük volna, mondtuk, hogy a kedves úr mondjon egy olyan időpontot amikor megtudja csinálni, akár jövőhét vagy bármikor máskor. Ehelyett meghalgathattuk, hogy neki már mennyire elege van, hogy ő van egyedül eladó meg szervizes és, hogy nem tud nekünk segíteni. Értem én, hogy megy az üzlet és van annyi bevétel amennyi kell, de ezt én nagyon rossz üzletpolitikának tartom, és elégkellemetlen volt úgy távozni onnan, hogy azt éreztettik velünk, hogy zavarunk és menjünk már kifele. Sajnálom az esetet nagyon, mert tényleg csalódás volt. We were here yesterday and wanted to file a phone call for repairs. Instead, we could hear how much he had enough, that he was alone for sale and service and that he couldn’t help us. I understand that the business is going and there is as much revenue as it needs, but I consider this to be a very bad business policy and it was uncomfortable to leave it in a way that made us feel disturbed and go out already. I am very sorry for the incident because it was really a disappointment.

A mai napig nem hívtak, hogy esetleg visszaadják a pénzt vagy válasszak mást… They haven’t been able to get the phone case I paid for 2 years ago. V	Viktória Boldog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom az Alpha Mobile-t a Corvin Plaza utcaszintjén (Lipóti Pékség mellett). Vettem egy fülhallgatót október 29-én este, másnap délután kettő órakor visszavittem, mert nem működött a jobb fülhallgató, szerettem volna visszakapni az árát. Nem adták vissza, elküldték bevizsgáltatni miután mondták, hogy valljam be én tettem tönkre (fél nap alatt). 12 napra rá jelzik, hogy kicserélik, és mikor ismételtem mondom, hogy szeretném visszakapni az árát, rám csapják a telefont. Nem érdemes betévedni. I do not recommend Alpha Mobile to anyone on the street level of Corvin Plaza (next to Lipót Bakery). I bought a headset on the evening of October 29th and took it back the next afternoon at two o'clock because the right earphone didn't work, I wanted to get the price back. They were not returned, they were sent for examination after being told to confess I was ruined (in half a day). They tell me for 12 days that they will be replaced, and when I repeat I want to get the price back, they slap me on the phone. It's not worth getting lost.
T	Tímea Szerafin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogancia, bunkóság, lekezelő stílus. Semmi pozitívat nem tapasztaltam, kifordultam inkább vàsárlás helyett. Arrogance, jerk, condescending style. I didn't experience anything positive, I turned around instead of shopping.
K	Krisztián Feind on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy kijelzőcserére adtam le a telefont, ami kb 1 óra. Összesen 3 napot volt ott a telefon, a kijelzőt nem cserélték ki, mert mégsincs hozzá kijelző. Átvittem máshova, ott meg tudták csinálni egy óra alatt.. I handed over the phone for a display change, which is about 1 hour. The phone was there for a total of 3 days, the display was not replaced because there was no display. I moved it elsewhere, they could do it in an hour.
O	Orsolya Hegyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom, használt mobil tokot adtak el nekem, esési sérüléssel, amit csak később vettem észre. Persze a drágább kategóriás tok volt! I wouldn’t recommend a used mobile case to anyone with a fall injury that I only noticed later. Of course it was the more expensive category case!
K	Kíra Bujdoso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma tetettem fel egy 'üveg' fóliát 4000Ft-ért, amire azt mondta az eladó, hogy kb egy évet bírni fog, ha nem történik vele különösebb dolog. Kimentem, feltettem a puha szilikon tokomat és a fólia egyből feljött. Visszamentem és az eladó közölte, hogy ő ezt nem tudatta, nem ismeri ezt a fóliát és az én hibám, mert nem jó a tok - vegyek másikat. Ez előtt is üvegfólia volt fent, a puha tok meg sem mozdította. Mivel garancia nincs és fél percre távoztam az üzletből így jártam, semmilyen kártérítés nincs. Sajnos panaszkönyvre nem maradt időm :) Senki ne jöjjön ide, aki normális kiszolgálást szeretne. Today I put up a 'glass' foil for 4000 HUF, to which the seller said that it would last about a year, if nothing special happened to him. I went out, put on my soft silicone case and the foil came up right away. I went back and the seller said he didn’t know it, he didn’t know this foil and it was my fault because the case is not good - buy another one. Even before that, glass foil was up, the soft case didn't move it. Since there is no warranty and I left the store for half a minute like this, there is no compensation. Unfortunately I don't have time left for a complaint book :) No one should come here who wants normal service.
