I absolutely love this place. We recieved a voucher through Tripadvisor then met Anas at The place who told us to sit down at The restaurant section. We had lovely dessert and great champagne for very reasonable price. Patrik was our server even though he manages The whole restaurant and The whole place was very organised even when it was very busy at The moment. We felt very welcome and had a lot Of attention. Would come back at any opportunity! 10/10 recommended!

Me and my boyfriend came from a tripadvisor recomendation and absolutely will be comming back!! We came for a chill drink expecting a classy place and got the best stuff experience ever. They made our night magical. I must mentinon the restaurant manager Patrick. He was the first to welcome us with a smile and really attended every need or want we had. I must mention the most helpful bartender with the most beautiful smile Kitty aswell! She was great! Both made our night special and made us feel special. Btw. The strawberry sorbet is outstanding! 20/10 would come again!

We got the Hard Rock Hotel Budapest by a mistake. we booked another hotel and upon arrival we found out that the rooms wasn't good for us (no connected doors), so we had to look around for another hotel. I did some calls and got to this hotel - i called the reception and made sure they had the rooms we needed. after walking for a couple of minutes I got to this hotel, the receptionist showed me our rooms and I was very pleased. I really enjoyed our stay here, we are a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 small children ) so we booked 2 rooms with connected doors. the vibe and atmosphere in this hotel is amazing, there's good music all the time in the lobby, the staff is very helpful and always trying to make sure you are pleased, everything looks so good in this hotel - instagram vibes. the rooms are equipped with smart TV and JBL sound bar, high bandwidth internet with strong Wi-Fi. the room was cleaned daily and the bed was very comfy. I would come back again. The 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because when we checked out we found out that the prices they told us didn't include a 9% local tax. I think you should know the final price in advance and not in the end. The price is higher compared to other hotels to start with so adding the 9% tax made it almost twice the price compared to the hotel we had booked and cancelled (which also was 2 rooms).

I stayed at the brand new Hard Rock Hotel Budapest for two nights. I really like the Hotel, the room and the Staff. Everybody is really nice and helpful. The Food at the Restaurant Sessions is tasty and nice prepared. The pancake Maschine at breakfast is nice… but you need real pancakes… thanks for Rockin together and I will be back for sure in the future

Great hotel stay experience! Last minute booking (2 hours before flight arrival), hotel arranged for car to pick me up from airport and service was top notch! Balu - the manager at front desk very accommodating and to pleasant work with. Will visit again - thumbs up!

Stayed in Budapest for five days and received amazing service from staff at the hard rock. Gézu greeted us as soon as we arrived and helped us and made us feel very comfortable. Great person with a great personality and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay at the hard rock when we visit Budapest again!

I stayed in the hard rock cafe hotel 4 days, the location is excellent, the structure is beautiful and the rooms modern with very comfortable beds. Rooms are also super clean. The staff is always smiling and ready to help. Anas was super kind and smiling giving us tips to make our holiday perfect and help us with our doubts.

Brand new, gorgeous, staff motivated and welcoming. The rooms are just perfect, with sound system and selection of music. Their bistro (Sessions), same quality vibe, for a quick lunch or late dinner. Good, central location. In my book, at this price point, the best hotel in Budapest.
