★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a matrasse from Jysk and HDTeam delivered it to my house.i could ask that the delivery man call me before he is coming,so I was able to go home for that time from my workplace. I highly recommend Hdteam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery ever, unprofessional staff who do not want to help, all this with a parcel value of 500k HUF and a delivery cost of 5k HUF.....maybe good, if you live on a countryside in a flat house and garden, but definetly not in the city. AVOID!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They initially provided a delivery time frame of 6 hours, then refined it to 2 hours and they promised to call 30 min before delivery. They did call and then arrived accordingly. The dispatcher and the delivery guys were pleasant and friendly. This is how other delivery companies should operate too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst carrier so far I have been in contact with. The driver wanted to ask additional payment for a pre-paid service. He denied to fulfill one part of the contracted service. The customer service is not recording complaints via phone (which they should do by Hungarian laws), the customer service does not record the calls (which they should do by Hungarian laws). Avoid them if you do not want to throw your money out of the window.

Customer service and delivery personnel are unreachable.
Their SMS contains no information, their "tracking" on the website is empty/not working.
