BOsszankodom.. de felfedezem, h egy ipari területen van a raktár, aminek a PONTOS CÍME (b.szki!) nem az amit adtak! A pontos cím. fontos, mert a google. v a wazze PONT ODA VISZ és nem bolyongsz a környéken bosszankodva a DPD-t szídva! Apróság, de baromira fonotos apróság! persze csak akkor, ha azt akarja a DPD, hogy megtaláld a raktárt - ha már egyébként is mérges vagy... DPD SZOLGÁLTATÁSBÓL 1-es. PONTOS cím - ezt keresétek: Bp. XI.ker.T Törökverő ut.1639 Depo, DPD raktár - és a navi pont oda visz! DPD - SORRY is not my first negative experience with this company. T	Trans Europick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Futárok közül a lehető legrosszabb választás volt a Dpd. Tájékozatlan Ügyfélszolgálat, mellé beszélnek és nem cselekdnek, hogy egy csomagot kitudjanak szállítani. Nem ajánlom ezt a társaságot! Among couriers, Dpd was the worst possible choice. Uninformed Customer Service, they talk to and do not act to be able to deliver a package. I do not recommend this company!

Egyszer próbálta kézbesíteni a futár, majd bementem a depóba, ahol nem adták ki majd csomagpont de oda meg nem érkezett meg. Rendezetlen szörnyű szervezés. Viccesnek találom, hogy valakinek ez a munkája, egy általános iskolás osztály értelmesebb, mint ők. 1 csillagot sem érnek! Personally, Tatabánya depot colleagues are a disaster, 2.5 weeks is a package and I do not have it yet. The courier tried to deliver it once, and then I went into the depot, where it was not handed out but no package arrived. Disorderly terrible organization. I find it funny that someone’s job, an elementary school class, makes more sense than they do. They're not worth 1 star!

The place is missing signs, but the main office is on the south side, in the warehouse there is trailer where you can speak to the workers to get your package. Although disappointed my package wasn’t delivered, it was a pretty easy process picking it up once I found the place.

Is there a requirement for your delivery position that one must be rude to be able to work for you? Delivery guy called me that he is in front of the building and I told him to wait just 1 freaking minute and I am telling my friend to go downstairs from the neighborhood. He did not wait and left then I called him again he was like I just left tell them to come to another street to bring your order back he could not wait 10 minutes. I was like it was only 1 minute he said he did not understand that. Now here is my question, isn't it the basic thing to do to ask back "WHAT" when you do not understand something, especially when you are a delivery ? Thank you for making people's life difficult !
