The service at the restaurant was very slowly , the rooms are big , clean but the bathrooms doesn't look so great . It's ok to stay if transit the country.

We did not stay here but drank soup and ate beef&chicken with rice. Taste of all dishes were disappointment. Loss of money and time.

I had a very nice stay in the Helen Hotel. I booked to have a comfortable stay in the vicinity of Nova Rock which was held at Nickelsdorf, Austria. Breakfast was super for that sortnof price, WiFi signal was good, they have a spa and even a grilling place to chill out. Also the staff was very nice and good with English.

The stay here was ok. Ok for a hotel, which has comfortable beds and huge, tidy room. The toilet and bathroom were small, but ok for me. The breakfast was really good, a wide offer of products was a really nice surprise. As for the hotel side, I don't understand winter blankets in May, but it's not a problem. As for the spa, thing is completely different. We came here at about 8 pm, expecting to have a great relaxing evening before next day travel. Asking about additional things like massage, we were informed that today we can't have anything, only next day evening. For one night stay it wasn't working for us. We were informed that the spa is working until 9 PM, but if we want we can use it even until 10 pm, what was very nice. However, having entered the spa area we saw jacuzzi, which was occupied. We went further, we saw infrared sauna, but we went further. Unfortunately everything looked closed and turned off. We came back to the infrared sauna. After sauna, to cool down we wanted to go into cold water but we couldn't find any shower, so we went outside. There we could easily smell that it is also a home of rabbits. After this, we wanted to go to jacuzzi, but the guy who was there, feel asleep (previously he looked quite drunk). This was the end of our trying to use spa. I know that the drunk guy in jacuzzi was not an owner's fault and that we came in the beginning of may, so before the season, but seeing spa in the name of the hotel we expected more. After staying here we felt disappointed. Fortunately, the breakfast improved our moods.

Clean room, air conditioning, restaurant, trampoline for kids and quiet area, not far from highway. The bathroom was very small, it was an attic room, a tile wall was missing, the shower cap didn't stand in its holder, the curtain was stained below an the mirror was way too high to look at.

The breakfast wasn't bad. The room had very thin walls so we could hear the neighbor snore during the night. The bathroom had a tile missing and needs a work over. Not much for a longer stay. At least staff seemed nice.

We were here. Free parking, free wifi, there are also a swimming pool, trampoline, table tennis, so if you have children, they can swim and play. The rooms are clean, the food is very delicious. The price is correct, so I can offer everybody.

We booked a room and what we found was completely different what was shown in photos. The room looked like in Eastern Europe in the 80s. Practically no noise insulation not enough space either. Sad, but we had to leave and find another place to stay.
