Legutóbbi probálkozásomnál 3hét sem volt elég, míg egy másik szállító 2nap múlva megküldte. I have repeatedly attempted to order a product. They never managed to send them in time. My last probation wasn't enough for 3 weeks, while another carrier sent it in 2 days.

Egyetlen negatívum ,hogy esetenként olyan termék is megtalálható az oldalon ami nem érhető el, erről mindig utólag e-mailben értesítenek. Kérdeztem, hogy miért nem írják ki a weboldalra, ha valami elfogyott, főleg azért fontos ez, ha valaki előre fizet, mert ez így egy csalinak tűnik, hogy ott költsd el a pénzed.. Azt a választ kaptam, mert van, hogy elérhető mégis..... Nem tudom hány termék nincs, de az előttem véleményezők is írták a termékhiányt. Majd ötödik próbálkozásra sikerült a világ legudvariatlanabb diszpécserével beszélni. Az ügyintéző kedves volt, intézte azonnal a rendelés törlését, ezért nem 1 csillag az értékelésem, azt azonban felháborítónak tartom, hogy ha nem hívom fel őket, akkor vajon meddig várattak volna? Érdemes lenne gyakrabban frissíteni az oldalon a készletinformációkat, hogy ne lehessen olyan terméket rendelni, ami nincsen készleten, vagy ha befut egy olyan rendelés, amit nem tudnak teljesíteni belátható időn belül, akkor küldjenek legalább egy tájékoztató emailt, hogy ne náluk álljon a pénzem ki tudja meddig.
