★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, actitud totalmente RACISTA....no me rentaron el auto, sin dar una sola razón, sin un solo motivo, ninguna explicación........Simplemente fue un NO ! Soy mexicana, con pasaporte, licencia de conducir válida, vigente etc etc todos mis documentos en regla. MUY MAL !!!!!!
 Bad service, totally RACIST attitude .... they didn't rent me the car, without giving a single reason, without a single reason, no explanation ........ It was simply a NO! I am Mexican, with a valid passport, driver's license, current, etc., all my documents are in order. VERY BAD !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car for several weeks and drove through 4 countries with my family of five. Our car was perfect, and brand new. The check-in/out process is quick.
I was also able to extend the return date, with no issues.
Be mindful of two things: first, they placed a $2000 hold on my CC (maybe because I declined insurance, or because the car was new); and second, they inspected the car thoroughly upon return. (So, make sure you buy insurance there or are properly insured, because they will inspect the car for blemishes)
The staff was multi-lingual, and pleasant with me. They even let me use their private toilette in the office building, and offered to call a taxi. The M3 bus is right next door, while the train is under construction, so it's easy to get around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They talk to you with a sour face . As doing you a favor , when you drop off the car they will find something you didn’t even see and tell you , you are responsible with a huge bill . Maybe that’s how they make some extra bucks, Please look around for something better to enjoy Budapest , they will ruin your dreams,
