Egy órába telt,mire nagy nehezen letudták feszegetni,mert ami fogta csavar,annak nem volt menete,mintha szegecselve lett volna.Második kerékpározás. Férfi bicajnak kijött a pedálja. Visszatenni nem tudtuk. Vissza a boltba. Hajtókar csere. Sőt a másik pedál se volt meghúzva. Kérdem én,ha már árulnak,nem is olcsó áron,akkor miért nem lehet rendesen összeszerelt bicajokat kiadni a kezükből?? We bought two non-cheap bikes a couple of weeks ago. Érdeklődtem, hogy én mikor vihetem el a megrendelt biciklimet,flegma választ kaptam, hogy 7-10 munkanapról volt szó,amit első alkalommal elfelejtettek közölni, különben az életben nem mentem volna bele a buliba.... azt hittem ,ha az üzletből rendelik meg,előrébb leszek,ennyi erővel itthon a kanapéról is megrendelhettem volna kényelmesen online. És azóta is várok ! Nem ajánlom a veszprémi üzletet !!! Felháborító, hogy ők rendelték meg nekem,azonnal fizettem a teljes összeget és érkezett is több belőle az üzletbe ,a pénzem náluk, biciklit pedig nem hozhatok el! Ha ezt tudom ,megrendelem itthonról. I paid for the bike 9 days ago while several pieces are on display, exactly the same one I bought. I inquired when I could take my ordered bike, I got a phlegmatic answer that it was 7-10 working days that I forgot to tell for the first time, otherwise I would not have gone to the party in my life .... I thought if I ordered it from the store , I will be ahead, I could have conveniently ordered online from the sofa at home with so much power. And I've been waiting ever since! I do not recommend the Veszprém store !!! It’s outrageous that they ordered it for me, I immediately paid the full amount and more of it arrived at the store, my money with them, and I can’t bring a bike! If I know this, I order from home.

Szerintem jelen körülmények között, igenis meg kell ragadni mindenféle bevétel lehetőséget, törekedni, hogy elégedett vásárlók járjanak vissza. Nem hiszem, hogy nem lett volna megoldható. Nem kétfilléres dologról van szó. A síklátás sajnos rájuk is jellemző. Az amúgy is magas árakat már meg se említem, mert aki ilyen helyre szándékozik menni az úgy is kalkulál vele. I wanted to take a dress set in pairs, but the sizes were different so I wouldn’t let it. I think in the current circumstances, yes, we need to seize all kinds of revenue opportunities, strive to get satisfied customers back. I don't think it could have been solved.
