I made a detour to Veszprém on Balatonkör, I was in transit, tired of the previous day's defects, I fell into the store to buy you two new exteriors and interiors. Although it looked like you were full of work, you set everything aside and did the tire change right away - in half an hour everything was ready for me to move on. The rest of the voyage went completely fleeted. Down with the hat in front of you, a real customer experience, speed and quality is what unfortunately not many places to experience these days. The five stars do not faithfully reflect how satisfied I am, thanks for everything this time too!

Helpful, good head team. Normal prices. They don't look down even if a cheap and torn bike needs to be serviced, and they don't clog the most expensive parts and accessories.

I called them from the training camp in Balatonfüred that the free running on my bike does not work, so I can't use it safely. They told me they were waiting. When I arrived (20km, up to an hour's drive instead of taking me to 3 service stations in 10 minutes, my five-and-a-half-month-old girl slept in the heat in the car because no one else could take care of her) they said they were unlikely to look at her, I said and that it would be good, since I also called (several people recommended the place beforehand, that's why I went there), that was the answer: then the training camp could have jumped. Real sportsmate attitude, congratulations. Anyway, I left because he said they could look at him, they called him this afternoon that they couldn’t look at him. Why couldn’t it be honestly stated that it won’t happen? Then I would have had only one unnecessary trip, not two. When I arrived in the yard to bring my bike I saw that virtually no one was guarding the bikes mounted (or just not mounted in my case). In front of the eyes of the customers, maybe even a service technician was there, without greeting and any other communication I put my bike on top of the car and brought it. Since then, they haven’t called where the bike is, they care so much about man’s valuable possessions. Maybe it was a glaring case, in any case, I’m glad in retrospect that in the end, such a company didn’t reach for my bike. Oh and if you might read: the training camp didn’t jump, not like you were a little interested.
