Elmentem egy másik óráshoz rögtön utána, ahol szó nélkül, tökéletesen megcsinálták, és nem történt semmi ilyen probléma az órával :) Nice service, but they didn't undertake to take the eyes out of a metal buckle watch, claiming that the paint will bounce off and protruding pieces that will not be sanded will stick to my hand ... I went to another watch right after, where without a word, it was done perfectly and no such problem happened with the clock :)

T	Tamás Sághy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lelkiismeretesség hiánya miatt ma óriási csalódást okozott. Már háromszor jártam nála. Eddig 5 csillagot adtam volna. Elvittem egy régi orosz karórát azzal, hogy cseréljen koronát. Néhány nappal később (ma) mehettem érte. Az óra elkészült. Fizettem. Majd megkértem, állítsa be a pontos időt és húzza fel nekem. Ezután fizettem és elindultam. Nem sokkal később azt vettem észre, hogy az óra nem jár. Azonnal visszafordultam. Jelzem a gondom, mire: "csak azt kérte, hogy a koronát cseréljem ki". Mire én: vajon miért kértem? Bizonyára azért, mert használni szeretném. Ezért kértem azt is, hogy húzza fel és állítsa be. Már akkor jeleznie kellett volna, hogy nem működik (megjegyzem: előtte működött, csak felhúzás közben letört a koronája). Erre megnézi és azt mondja, hogy ki kell tisztítani, meg az olaj besűrűsödött. És jöjjek vissza 1 hét múlva, ill. annyi a díj, amennyi az egész óra értéke. De nem is ezzel van a bajom. Azt gondolom, egy órásmestertől elvárható, hogy mielőtt visszaad egy órát javítás után, akkor felhívja a figyelmet arra, hogy hiába végezte el a kért munkát, az nem fog működni. Pusztán a szakma, ill. az órák szeretete miatt, ha már nem az ügyfelei miatt. Igazából 2 csillagot adtam volna, mert ez ma óriási csalódást okozott számomra. Többé nem megyek hozzá, és sajnos már nem is ajánlom senkinek. Tényleg elszomorított a helyzet, nagyon sajnálom. Szerkesztve kb. 1 héttel később. Elvittem az órát egy igazi órásmesterhez. Kiderült, hogy az órám azért nem működött, mert az alatt a néhány nap alatt, amíg a Király utcában volt, valaki eltörte (figyelmetlenség miatt? hozzá nem értés miatt? szándékosan?) egy fogaskerekét. Bizonyára nem a zárt óratokban, magától tört el, ezért merem ezt feltételezni. Szóval, a korábbi 3 csillagos értékelést emiatt rontom 1-re. A lapítás csak ideig-óráig (milyen találó) vezet igen rövid távú eredményre. Ami kiderülhet, az ki is derül. Because of the lack of conscience, today it has caused enormous disappointment. I think it's a good idea to watch a clockmaster before he returns an hour after repairs, so he reminds me that he has done the job he has done, it will not work. It turned out that my watch did not work because during a few days while on the King Street, someone broke a pinch (due to inattention because of incompetence? Deliberately?). Surely not in the closed doors, it broke apart, so I suppose this is supposed to. So, the previous 3-star rating is down to 1. Leap for only a while (what's the right one) will lead to a very short term result. Which turns out to be revealed.
