The first question was in german, my phonecall was in english. I not get a solution- sorry how horrible the hotel will be...

C	Csaba Soltó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service, good food, nice drinks. Infrstucture is perfect but it doesn't quite resemble the 'Római' feeling. But certqinly a great alternative if you're looking for something different ashore the Danube.

The staff in the restaurant and the spa area sometimes couldn't speak German or English and were really unfriendly always answering every question with no and getting another The pool is nice, but since there are a lot of locals who go there it is really crowded and they don't reserve any space for Hotel guests. From 8pm they have night Swimming, but if you are a Hotel guest you have to pay entrance too of approx. 8 Euro. We had a package deal including a 3 course meal, a massage and a ship tour through Budapest for 99 Euro for 2 nights stay. That was a good Price and a nice treat for guests. The Food was ok as was the massage. The ship tour was nice.
w	weiling zhang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the entrance to the hotel says that a four-star serviceable three-star coffee machine doesn't work as well as a breakfast coffee machine. The waiter doesn't change the coffee machine to tell the guest to wait in the original place without a smile, no greeting, just impatience and anxiety. The room is well furnished and you can stay at the hotel next time, but it's better not to eat their breakfast to avoid upsetting the mood of visiting Budapest

The room was very old fashioned with a quite dirty shower. The only positive thing was the restaurant on the Danube bank. All in all, this is barely a 3* hotel, not a 4*.
