N	Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every person I've meet in the hotel has been profesional and polite, specially the in front desks and restaurant-bar areas. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. I've had the best experience possible and recommend the hotel 100%. Looks like the facility is too far from the center of town, but with a simple bus-metro combination is easy to access any major attraction in a few minutes. Bus stop in 3 minutes away. I took the best decision to stay here. Thank you !!.
J	Joe W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I quite enjoyed my visit to the Holiday Inn Budapest - Budaörs, but was disappointed by a few things. 1. Some gym equipment was not working and I didn't see any evidence of attempts to get them working again in the 5 days that I stayed there. 2. I had to request replacement coffee pods, water and shower gel the first 2 days of my stay, even though I had been told on checking in that these would be replenished daily. 3. Air conditioner could not be made any cooler than around 20° Celsius 4. I opted for the Greener Stay option where you get awarded points for each night of your stay, if you chose not to have housekeeping. I was awarded points for only 4 nights, instead of the 5 nights I stayed there. Apart from these, I found the stay quite enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and it was a bonus to be within walking distance of a Tesco, an Aldi and a Lidl.

Good choice if you want to access the autoroute (highway) the following day or if you have recently arrived from other country by car. Nice decoration, epecially paintings on the walls. I didnot eat the breakfast at the property as I needed to drive early next morning however I had an impression that the breakfast was inviting.
M	Marcin Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart big tourist groups which are sometimes "floating" the lobby and restaurant bus by bus all perfect I would recommend to inform other guests when the groups are expected at breakfast. That's it.
N	Nenad K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have stayed here with our company and since we have changed our plans for dinner we asked them to give us money back...but it was not possible to have money back for dinner we have reserved. It is understandabe..but I have tried to arrange that this money they transfer to the bar so we can have drinks instead... they have refused...it could also be understandable... because they explained me that food was prepared and they are prepared for dinner...then I said to them to donate this food for homeless people... they refused also this initiative which makes me very easy to give them 1 or 0 stars!

Staff super friendly with a welcoming smile ready to help with anything you need. As for the food, absolutely tasty but so has been everywhere we have eaten in Hungary. The negative, you'll gain a few pounds by the time you return home. ?

Those pictures show you room 336 and it's spacious and cozy at the same time. The only loss of a star is the distance to the city. However, you have a great M1 connection to either the city in 30 minutes or to Lake Balaton in 90 minutes.
