Zero flexibility, terrible management....

Economy long term parking. 10’ walk to Terminal. Value for money.

When we left parking, someone warned us, that we have flat tire. We had to put emergency tire on our car. We do not recommend this parking. It is cheap, but dangerous. We were not first, who loose on cheap parking.

When you make a booking online prior to arrival, scanning of foreign plaque number is not working, scanning of booking confirmation with smartphone is not working, there is no assistance on site and the customer service is nonexistent. Last time i am using Car Park service in Budapest Airport

A good way to experience what's the bottom of the barrel. It all starts with the joy of entrance coordinates given pointing to not just a non-existent entrance, but approaching it can be done through another entrance, leading to the car being held for ransom as exiting is only allowed after paying for a whole day of the another more expensive service the coordinates were pointing at. The guy at the gates over the intercom at least seemed to be understanding, but stated that he couldn't do anything, the bogus fee needed to be paid first, then refund should be requested over email. Given that nothing was too sensible so far, why would paying the fee would go well then? The payment machine took money then abruptly stopped the procedure, requesting the full amount once again. Finally emailing support as directed to earlier, Ms. Zsuzsanna graced me with her lack of desire to even acknowledge some of the questions and problems, including the coordinates pointing to an entrance which does not exist (anymore?). I wish her the best, and I hope I contributed to her promotion by likely being one of the many getting denied to be refunded the fraudulent fee forced upon people by holding the cars of people ransom who just approached the given coordinates. The company equally deserves her, petty and unfriendly customer service representatives getting a higher position should accelerate the downfall of such low quality service providing companies.

A good option if you want to leave your care in a safe parking at the airport. This is the best option if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a premium parking. Just enter the parking lot(the parking if on the left side) and enjoy your holidays as your car is safe. There are also surveillance cameras and a big fence that sorrounds the parking lot.

Absolutely not ok. Tickets always not working. Have to go back to the machine. Cameras do bot recognize license plates. If you have 15-30minutes to spare each time you want to park, go ahead
