A konkrét alkatrészt forgalmazó cég honlapja irányított a Honda Zilahihoz, ami partnerként van megjelölve, ahol a forgalmazott alkatrészeket meg lehet vásárolni. Telefonon érdeklődtem és a vonal túloldalán lévő hölgy lekezelő stílusban utasított el. Az sem érdekelte, hogy a partnercégük honlapja irányított hozzájuk, rendelésre sem lehet alkatrészt venni náluk. Kioktatólag közölte, hogy szervizelést sem vállalnak, holott szervizelésről nem volt szó, csak alkatrész vásárlásról. Ügyfélkezelésből elégtelen, nulla segítő szándék. A Honda egy kiváló márka, kár, hogy ilyen minősíthetetlen forgalmazóik is vannak. Senkinek sem ajánlom a céget. We were looking for a part for an old Honda tractor. The website of the company that distributes the specific parts is directed to Honda Zilahi, which is marked as a partner where the parts sold can be purchased. I inquired over the phone and the lady across the line rejected her in a condescending style. They were not interested in the fact that their partner's website was redirected to them, nor could they order parts from them. He stated outrightly that they would not undertake any service, even though it was not about servicing, just buying parts. Insufficient, zero helping intent from customer service. Honda is an excellent brand, it is a pity that they also have such unqualified distributors. I do not recommend the company to anyone.
