K	Kornél Horváth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel's locartion is very good, is it in the centre of the Petöfi walkway. The view is amazing from the west side balconies. The guys in the reception very helpful and kind. The interior car park is so close, max for 15 cars. ( but you get acces for parking front of in the big parkplace) if you want to eat diner ornate you need to hurry up to go the cantin at 7pm ! The resort has wellness part what is can be very usefull when the weather is bad or the Balarton is too cold for you :)

The two old senior guys at the reception have special style but they want to help always. It has a great panoramic view on the lake and the swimming pool on the roof terrace is amazing with warm water.

All the guests were there but there were not enough places, we had to wait and the waiters were running up and down. It was a disaster. All in all the hotel seems a bit disorganized, it might be because it is the beginning of the season but still, it should work better. The staff is nice though.

There is all you can eat buffet for 13 euros per person main courses, salads, cake, fruit. Food solid. We were also served drinks for an extra cost. Atmosphere a minus because of other hotel guests. Very good restaurant manager who gave us local tips.

However I would not recommend it for families with very young children for the reasons as follows. Due to the centrAl location the room was noisy with street noise until early morning, very hard to fall and stay asleep. The most upsetting is that I was made to feel intimidated and uncomfortable every time I had to ask staff to use the microwave for 3 minutes (only twice a day) to sterilise our babies battles. Either I was sent away to come back later in a not nice way or given a lesson to use boiling water. Made me feel so anxious every time I had to sterilise the bottles. The last thing you want to feel as a mum with an infant on holiday. Would not come here again with an infant.
V	Vanessa Botos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg all I can say THEY WERE THE BEST OF BEST!!! All of the staff members Treated us like FAMILY!!! Absolutely went BEYOND and made sure we have everything at anytime!!! Highly recommend them!!!! Clean and nice and kind and friendly plus beautiful scenery!!!
