B	Blowndub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Clean luxurious spacious rooms with Airco and a nice sauna / infinity pool and outside terras on the top floor with a view over the old Buda and Pest on the other side of the Danube. Rates are good and breakfast was perfect.
C	César Carpinteiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room of the hotel was quite comfortable. However the central heating made the air quite hot and dry. The shower head was full of rust. The breakfast with the place to eat in the garden was one of the best strengths of the hotel. Location was good and a major public transport station was at a 5 mins walk.
K	Karen Ball on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely stay at the Belvedere, it's on the Buda side of the river so about 40 minutes walk to the bridge to get to the Pest side. The room was comfortable enough, not overly big in size but it was clean. Breakfast was very good as plenty of choice to eat either hot with bacon, sausages, eggs or cold cheese slices ham & fruits. The best part was the pool on the 9th floor, it's not a large pool but is enough for a small swim & you can go in the sauna before or after & if you ask at reception they will supply you with a robe. The view from the pool area is beautiful as you do get a stunning view. We used the restaurant on one of the evenings and both enjoyed a lovely meal with very good service. The reception is helpful when asking directions to get around the city, of what buses to get etc.

Windows now as soundproof as lead to believe but noise isn't too bad as on the quiet side of the river. The wellness centre/spa is lovely and I could spend all day in the current pool, overlooking a gorgeous view of Budapest.

Very well presented, positioned next to a local park thus offering nice views. I didn't use it, but parking if available. The room was stunning and well presented. Restaurant was light on vegetarian options, but the food quality was good. The only reason it loses a star is it is quite far from the main city, but then it does have a tram station nearby. Also, if you are looking for somewhere more serene, it is a very quiet area. Staff were also very helpful, well presented and polite

They even fixed the room twice! The 9th floor has a small but very pleasant pool with awesome atmosphere (and sauna). Is very well connected. I will keep as a reference for a future visit. (I was super lucky and see the city covered with snow, please find attached the view from the room.)
J	John Boorman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time at this hotel this year. The Hotel Belvedere is well positioned in the city and for the price we think it is excellent value. Standard rooms are comfortable clean with nice bathroom and may have a balcony. A great bonus is that there is a pool and sauna on the top floor. We found at breakfast there is something for everyone and the garden room and restaurant used for breakfast is nice and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating from the front of desk right through to the friendly ladies on maid service. Some people expect too much from what is rated as a 4 star hotel and must take into account what they are actually having to pay. Over all I would recommend the Belvedere as excellent value for money.

We enjoyed a well stocked buffet breakfast, but didn't book for dinner, only because we were out most of the time. I think it could do with some money spent on it now to improve its appearance but as it's probably used as a base for many tourists, you are not looking for much in the way of comfortable lounges or bedrooms. We enjoyed our time there.
