For the New Year's Eve 2021 we booked accommodation for 2 nights with half board. When we arrived at the accommodation, we had to write our details on a standard A / 4 sheet of paper. With a discount, we could have booked the rooms at 1 pm instead of 2 pm, but the rooms had not been cleaned by 5 pm that day ? At that time, 2 rooms were completed for us, but the 3rd was still not, so they wanted to redirect us to the other wing. Total headlessness reigned! The soup for dinner that day tasted great to everyone, but there were problems again with the 2nd course. A sausage was served with garnish, but with liver and blood for it. No one was asked who likes what. Only the reception was open the next morning at 9am, so we couldn't have a normal coffee before. After that, what was given as coffee does not tolerate printing ink !! They forgot to wash the coffee machine, so our morning wake-up call was chemical ?? The previous night's loop was offered as breakfast that day, so we left the accommodation in a breeze !!
