It is a nice hotel with a reasonable standard and at a reasoneble price. Breakfast is so so. Good underground carpark and good family appartments with an effective aircon.

Good hotel (3* only in my opinion) & very good restaurant! Probably I would give them 5* but the communication in English is a problem!

Good for some days but not more. It wasn't so tidy, the wellness depatment contains only two saunas and a jacuzzi so you can choose another hotel to enjoy yourself

Good experience is only the quality of traditional Hungarian meals which was very good and the clean rooms. Breakfast and dinner choices for meals max. 3 choices. No drinks included neither WATER. No coffee served on breakfast just one bottle for max 10 people:) Basic things like mustard, lemon to tea was not available in the kitchen.The stuffs were not guest oriented!They served extremelly expensive wines, where you order 1x2cl, they count 1x4cl. If you order wine, they bring you first red Bikavér, second glass is red sweet Cuvee:)) Third glass is also another kind of wine:))) Their services are crazy bad!!! Unfortunately there is a big problem to pay by card so you have to pay in cash.Stuff become to be annoyed by guest who has no cash!!! The Hotel should change 4stars for max. 3:) I really do not recommend the Hotel for young people. Overally we spent there nice time with my familly but never ever again! Just a picture of the bathrobe for 4 stars Hotel is showing everyrhing.

The place is ok, but definitely not for younger people. It was difficult to communicate the staff does not speak in other language then Hungarian. Pros were definitely the rooms clean and spacious while the bathroom had few things which required maintenance. Did not make use of the kitchen in the aparament but saw it was equiped well you could easy cook a meal there. There is a bar at the hotel which I found to be quiet expensive compared to other local bars. Served food selection was quiet poor typically 3-4 dishes and the food was not heated meaning coming half an hour late the food was already cold for the next 2 hours. A big disappointment was the fact it was not possible to leave the hotel after 22 the main door was closed and you could only stay in your room as the bar also closed at 21. The massage facilities were in fact good but the wellness center was not great there is a Jacuzzi and sauna but the water in the jacuzzi was not very fresh and had a bad smell to it. Overall all it's an ok place for a night or two but don't think I would choose this place again.
