"It was definitely a good place once, but it's no longer a trace." This hotel (or we) is an example of a school that can be ruined by a great place. An example of how you should not drive a hotel. Dirty, dirty, stinky. Sun beds, umbrellas are broken. The three-bedded room is the two beds plus a dicot that an adult had to cuddle over for four nights for the same price as a normal bed. Dinner was under criticism in all four evenings, as was breakfast. Half past 10 am (breakfast until 10 am) had to beg for scrambled eggs or the sausage, the fruit was not talking anymore. But maybe all of this could have been forgotten if there was no Pálné Judit, who appeared at dinner. We asked for a jug of water before he pulled out his mouth and told him loudly that it wasn't right here (...) and he got away. Dear travelers. Dédestapolcsány is a nice place, but don't stay here for those who want to relax. Rather a tent than this infectious place. I recommend to the managers whether to close or clean it and get a little bit of a shake in this wonderful place, or if it doesn't, at least be nice, flexible, it can cover up a lot of mistakes and shortcomings. And, of course, a little surprise came to us for the last day. The room was unloaded for the specified time, but we still stayed a little outside the pool. Then they came and told us that we would have to pay 2500 forints per person, otherwise we could not stay. In such a place I have not been in my life. Let's say I will never again. I also recommend this to others.

Benefits: - The food was delicious Disadvantages: - We would have asked for a cot that was included in their offer, but they do not have cots. Instead, we wanted an extra bed, but they only had an unqualified camping bed. Not that I didn’t dare put the child on it as an adult, nor did I dare to lie on it. - children's high chair is limited (2 pcs) so there is a competition between the children who arrives earlier for breakfast / dinner to find out how to feed their child. - A child around the age of 1.5 cannot be let out very much anywhere. There are unlimited sidewalks and squares. - No room cleaning. If you have a lot of diapers or garbage of any kind you should take it out to the big trash can and ask for a trash bag. Toilet paper is also available on request only. - Drink supply and preparedness is minimal, we are not big consumers, but 3. Asking for beer is already only hot we have received an answer. There were other little things that were included in the offer but they couldn’t fulfill. For children, pregnant women and the elderly, a lot of stairs or steep climbs are not highly recommended.

We have been going for a long time in the summer to relax for 2-3 days. This was the 13th hotel. We chose it because of the reviews and price / value ratio on szallas.hu, although it was not so cheap either. Accessibility is quite funny: you have to drive over a dilapidated wooden bridge over the Bán stream, and then the "road" leads next to a waist-long weed. Parking is available after all. The accommodation was in the attic above the "wellness". Room 14 (there are 12, no 13). It can be reached by slightly narrow stairs. The 18m2 room is a lie. 12-13 with a good temper together with the bath. Two tesco economy beds, 1 tiny puff, 1 tiny table, a loud fridge, 1 CRT non-functioning TV, a closet (brand new) and a split air conditioner. Okay, we've seen better, not really worse. We basically like hiking and trekking. We unloaded, went down to the "wellness". We wanted to try the jacuzzi because of the cold water in the pool. We turned on the experience part, the people inside escaped, they said they’d rather come out because what’s going to be there comes up with a chemotherapy. Indeed. He started bubbling and foaming like a disc washing machine while washing. In addition, the disinfectant started with the effervescence and irritated the nose. Quickly get out and head to sauna. Oops, the one and a half correct infrared goes, but we prefer a Finnish sauna, it's bigger, but it's cold, it wasn't turned on later, even though the hostel wasn't empty. Then go to the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Lots and lots of stairs to get there, but the view from there is amazing. Water is cold, jacuzzi in part, but it doesn't matter because it didn't work either. Dinner: upon arrival there was an agreement on what we would like from the A / B menu. A little unsalted, but that's okay. Place is already cultured. Service is fast, water was put in a jug on request. The wines requested for dinner were delicious. Walk through the village and then rest in the evening. The room is a bit noisy. We turned off the climate, it was still noisy. Refrigerator!! We turned it off right now. We tried to fall asleep, but some monotonous roar, constantly plastering the plasterboard wall at the head. I thought the air conditioning might be outdoor .. I searched the wall, roof but couldn't find it. Next to us is a room with a massage label. That's where the noise came from. There was no reception. The night was a nightmare. We complained in the morning, they were not surprised. The solution came later: a boiler is there and then shut down for the night. It happened at 10:30, we were silenced by the sound of the ripples of the stream, so we could rest. Breakfast: we are not in high demand, we lived well after all, but the selection is quite small. It was not gluten and lactose free. Not whole wheat either. Staff for us were mixed, they were kind and less so. A cockroach greeted us on arrival, I trampled that when we went home, it was still there. I don't understand those who thought it was order and cleanliness, if someone did this cleanliness ... After all, of course. No food and drink, no program recommendations, no brochures. There is room for improvement.

The outdoor pool is ice cold, stay there sick! In Velnes, champagne is either ice cold or hot. Virtually nothing is enjoyable. The bathroom is full of dirty rags. The quality of the dinner is not acceptable for children either

Greetings to everyone !! Negative comments should not be considered! So today we came on July 27th! The place is wonderfully beautiful! Pools are clean as well as the rooms are staffed with fairies! The beer is ice cold the food is delicious and I think it's enough to believe it's not fattening !! The view from the pool above is simply magnificent! So direction is miserable !!

My partner and I have just come from this wonderful place. !!! A nice welcome was waiting for us when we arrived. !! The staff is kind. !!! ROOMS ARE NICE CLEAN. !!! Both breakfast and dinner are delicious and tasty. !! Welnes nice perfect nice clean demanding. !! The view is amazing. !!! Negative comments should not be considered untrue by anyone. !! We had a great time. !!! ??

The food is good, the staff is nice. Everything else is terrible. With endless rises, the jacuzzi is either too hot or ice cold. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a lot of time in the accommodation (And since there is almost nothing in the immediate vicinity, I think few will leave the hotel area)

The view itself and the nearby hiking sites, sights, are wonderful. The hotel room is demanding overall, but a little dusting would be enough. We are not a fifty person, but among the hotel staff there was a young man and a lady with glasses who had a little kindness, the other ladies on the staff were nosy, cynical, eye-rolling, kindness-free people. Neither a smile nor a kind word left their mouths. The food was good and so was the wellness. But once was enough to come here. We hope to be able to add people with a positive attitude to their team :)
