★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a family weekend there with two children and they had such a great time. All weekend long there were creative workshops in one of the conference room where our 6 year old could really do lots of different things. Also there is a small Playhouse that can be enjoyed at every age. The swimming pool is great though the children part could be bigger as it is a child friendly hotel. For the adults a large sauna with free sauna sessions organized three times a day. There is also a hammam. The jacuzzi is not the best as it has no jets. The food was great, they were always refilling the buffet when something ran out. Also they had a surprisingly large selection of cheeses. The room was OK, nothing fancy but we could fit the 4 of us. I would recommend for families with young children, not too much for couples who want quiet times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time visiting and it is just as wonderful as it was last year. The food is wonderful. The rooms are nice. The beach area is large and there is also an indoor swimming pool with children's pool and sauna area. It is very good for children because there is a play room as well as a craft room. We will definitely be coming every year.

This time was awful and will be my last time.
The room was not clean, a lot of dust in the furniture and floor.
The carpet is old and it was not clean and give me a strong allergic. I asked to change the room and they only change the room at the same floor with the same smell and problem.
The receptionists, most of them are very cold and not polite.
The housekeeper didn’t show up for 2 times in 7 days and the receptionist only said “ I am sorry “…
The service provided does not match the price charged by the hotel.
I am Elite by Marriott and had all this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, very friendly personnel, great food. I certainly recommend this hotel for families. We had really great time.
Only problem that I had, was that almost nobody could speak English. Luckily I understand and speak a little bit of German (almost all personal, speaks German).
