E	Erika s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 4 star hotel, hardly 2 maybe.Terribly small room, only 1 towel provided, minibar is empty..whats the point to have one? No coffee pods for the coffee machine ..again...whats the point to have a coffee machine in the room? No club lounge anymore ..so why they still advertising about it? 4 star hotel not even a small bottled of water provided! This is beyond ridiculous.Let alone the costumer service.. Breakfast average, they using the cheapest available products, coffee is disgusting.Pastries dry and tasteless.Orange juice is heavily diluted and tastes like washing up liquid.They must be kidding right?

The service is outstanding, special mention to the staff of breakfast kitchen and to the Levant restaurant. Although a bit smaller than usual (for a 4*), rooms are fine equipped - and with a nice view on the 2nd biggest sinagogue in Europe. Breakfast is continental, expected variety of cold and warm meals, enough salads and fresh veggies, as well as cakes (coconut rolls are a must). Cleaning every day upon request or every other without the request. Walking distance to Pest center, Parliament buildings and Chain Bridge. Also, ride with tram No 2 with a beautiful view all the way is highly recommended.
M	Martyn W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and well situated with comfy, clean rooms. There is a good bar downstairs which sells really nice IPA and a special mention needs to go to the food - it's exceptionally good!! Lots of nice meat and non-meat option's. Definitely recommend.

The place has a jacuzzi but it was closed when arrived, and a dry sauna which is small but nice. Breakfast was real good, very nice location for the sites.

The breakfast buffet spread was superb, the menu alternates daily consisting of Hungarian and international food. Safety box, snacks and a coffee machine are provided in the room. You can also access the lounge for snacks, hot/cold drinks until 2am.

I don’t put 5 stars because I had to find a supermarket to get me shampoo since they don’t include shampoo which is weird and definitely not a 4 star feature. I might say this hotel is 2 or 3 stars max. The breakfast wasn’t nothing special. Personnel was friendly the room clean. Very close to many nice restaurants like vintage garden and twenty-six. I did everything almost by walking.
L	Lukáš Loffler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Hotel next to amazing synagogue. Rooms are clean, with very nice decor. Lounge room is amazing and the benefits of staying in this hotel are great. When we arrived to the hotel early, around 11ish, staff already prepared room for us, which saved us a lot of time. Sweet pastry, soft drinks and some desserts were available for free whole day, which was really nice gesture from the hotel. The only downside was not enough sound proofing in the rooms, which is a problem when right underneath the hotel resides a restaurant/bar which is open till 11. Plus, a kettle would be nicer to have in the room instead of coffee machine.
