When in Budapest don't miss the opportunity to stay at Hotel Parlament! The Hotel and its staff are a gem! The rooms are large, clean, quiet and a lot of light comes in through the big windows while keeping the room dark at night. They sent a car to pick us up at the airport, they welcomed us with champagne and chocolates. The breakfast is wonderful, with lots of options (sweet, savoury, fresh juices, etc.). The staff are always helpful and charming. We will definitely stay with them again next time we are in Budapest. The hotel is also strategically located, very close to all the areas of interest to visit both in Pest and Buda. A marvel!

If you're here because you have doubts whether to book a room in this hotel or no.. I'm here to tell you.. do it! And below the reasons why: 1) First and most important is THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. you cannot leave this hotel unhappy even if there are some things you didn't like about the actual room.. cause as soon as you let the team know.. they will do their absolute best to find a solution for you. 2) The location... it's walking distance from pretty much everywhere you wanna go.. we were there for 4 days and only took two taxis.. from and to the airport. 3) The actual room: bare in mind that this is a 4 star hotel and it's been lastly refurbished over 6 years ago.. so it's not the newest thing you'll ever see. The room size is actually decent.. we were first given a room that had a weird layout and we asked for it to be changed and they immediately changed it. Also, everything was provided in the room we didn't need to ask for anything else. The heating/cooling system is one for the whole hotel.. and you can only have one of them on.. obviously we went in October so they have already turned on the heating which made the room a bit warm even when the heating was off.. but we were offered a fan and were immediately sent one to the room which made the room temperature a lot cooler. Overall the whole stay was amazing.. they also have unlimited supply of filtered water at the reception which is a bonus if you don't like tap water. Also free coffee and tea machine! Barbara, the manager made this experience 10x better and all the other team especially Andre at the front desk they were all absolute starts ?⭐

Very friendly staff, kind and ready to help with anything one might need. Breakfast buffet was great and the room was clean. Location is quite good, very close to the Parliament building. Recommended!

The friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor. Clean and quiet also. They went above and beyond all the time which was amazing. Fabulous location. We stayed in the suite which was marvellous! Loved it!

The hotel has an awesome location and the staff is very polite! There were some issues with the room though like a clogged bathroom sink (that was fixed) and hanging bath booth door. We didn’t have breakfast included but the restaurant looked nice. There was free coffee, tea and juice self-service opened during the whole day. I’d recommend it if you are on a tourist trip!

Excellent! This hotel was lovely in every possible way. The staff was great and handled all our requests in friendly and professional fashion. The rooms and public spaces were all well designed and perfectly clean. Nice location, very walkable and well-connected. Highly recommend.
