I would not recommend this to anyone. I was wrongly charged 150 euros from my card and I have not been able to get a refund for 2 months,

The hotel rooms needs more cleaning. There were no bath towels. So I had to ask for them in the Reception. The bed sheets and pellows look dirty and yellow. My last night at the hotel was terrible. The lights went off and i had to charge my Phone in the hallway after midnight. No excuses or suggestions of refund were made the next morning. I tried to put the two solo beds together but it's impossible to have a double bed since there is a big space between them. The only positive thing is that the room was big.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST! We were a group and we had 4 rooms. First of all, each room was very dirty. We found a lot of hair in the beds. The towels were also dirty and even if we had a double room, there were only one set of towels.. When we first entered the room we felt the hell temperature.. It was very hot.. And the room temperature can be controlled only manual, by opening the windows. The "funny" part is that in another room the heat didn't work.. And their answer was - "we will call the plumber", btw it was Sunday after 20 PM, so can you guess if the plumber arrived or not.. Also after 22 PM there was no warm water to take a shower.. For some reason after a specific unknown hour, warm water is no longer available... In the morning when we ask the girl from the reception why last night we didn't had warm water.. She answered...-but now it's warm? After this magical answer we decided to leave.. Budapest it's an awesome city.. Don't let this place ruin your vacation..

The bed was full of hair, there were only one set of towels in the room. We asked to change the room but the new room had the same issues. No hot water to take shower. The hotel itself is not clean i would suggest to avoid it. Nothing positive to say, we asked for a refund but the hotel said it was not possible.

Dirty floor, dirty linen and dirty towels. Very hot, no remote control for air conditioning, good that there was a windmill. No fridge no dryer. Nice service Large room

We reserved room for two nights with big bed. When we came girl who works on recepcion said to us that they don't have room with big bed only with two separeted beds(was avaible when we reserved room). We said OK because we didn't have time to look at another place. When we came in the room floor was really dirty and the rest of the room was OK. Hotel has only few parking spots but they are not free. You need to pay 10€ per day,so we paid 20€ but we didn't have parking near hotel so we parked 4,5 streets away from hotel. Parking is free on the weekends, but we paid 20€ extra for nothing. Really disappointed.

This hotel is really a big disappointment. So the cleaning is very poor, all the staff do is take major parts of the waste, fold your blanket and don't change the bedsheets even though it's dirty. Also, change of towels according to their own rules did not apply as they only changed one of the towels I wanted to be changed. The elevator reeks of alcohol and bad odours. The plugs are quite loose as well which could be a potential risk of harm for customers, I'd say it's not worth a penny of what I paid, at most just for a nights stay this hotel would be efficient enough.
