Die Angestellte war sehr nett. Allerdings bin ich spezifisch in Kiwisun gegangen, da es in einer Kundenrezession hieß: Englische Beratung. Das war jedoch nicht der Fall. Für meinen ersten Solariengang hätte ich gerne eine ausführliche Beratung erhalten. Diese fand aber nichtmal auf ungarisch statt. Zudem habe ich einen sehr hellen Hauttyp und hatte 7min gekauft. Am Ende waren es jedoch 10min und die sollte ich auch noch nachbezahlen. Vielleicht habe ich nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt, aber hierher werde ich auf jeden Fall nicht mehr kommen! The positive first: The studio was very clean and tidy, in the cabins there was lotion for removing make-up and a disinfectant. The employee was very nice. However, I specifically went to Kiwisun as it was in a customer recession: English Consulting. That was not the case. For my first solaria walk I would like to receive a detailed consultation. This did not even take place in Hungarian. In addition, I have a very light skin type and had bought 7min. In the end, it was 10min and I should pay even later. Maybe I only got one bad day, but I will definitely not come here!

Egyik sietős napozáskor elvesztettem a bérletem. Jelentettem nekik, telefonszámom megadtam. Sajnos, a pultos lány akkor sem biztatott, hogy a cég ad pót kártyát. A negatívum az lett végül, hogy visszatérve a nevemmel a bérletet sem találták. Odaveszett kb. 70 perc. ? I even started walking as part of the Kiwisun chain. I bought 100 passes of any number of minutes with them. From May, it changed its name to Hotsun. I lost my pass during one of my hurry sunbathing. I reported to them, I provided my phone number. Unfortunately, the bartender girl was not even encouraged by the company to give a replacement card. The downside was that when I returned with my name, the pass was not found either.
