They give you full package of knowledge at first meeting, diet treatments how to balance your constitution. I lost 7kg in one month even if that was not my main reason to come. I was emotionally down and they listen not only to you pulse but also to your soul which is very beautiful and beneficial.
They offer discounts if you take Pancha Karma-15 seanses to clean your body and mind. Usually in three months. I did it in one month as only I had that time possibility.
Sauna without heating the head is remarkable and always lovely tea welcome.
Reception is very sympathic.
Take 2h massages is so worth to spend relaxed time.
Shirodara (pooring hot oil on your head) very good for your nerves. Herbal massages, anianga, neti, eye treatment etc.
You will be in good hands.

The accuracy of the Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis at the beginning of the treatment was very convincing, it actually helped me trust the whole healing process ,so then I underwent the treatment.
Sachin,my therapist, at all times has been attentive and very sensitive to how I'm feeling, has always been readily available to listen - his capacity to be empathetic and intuitive has never ceased to amaze me. All in all I can say that the help, support,advice and therapeutic treatment has been of great help.
