Even when officially confronted to face that they have been less than fair, all they do is shrug and say they're sorry and laugh. They blame their supplier, but how is that my problem? I paid them in advance, they take full responsibility for their own and their supplier's actions. It is a shame, because their staff are good people, but management is repulsive.
