Ügyintéző hölgy nagyon kedvesen tájékoztatott, hogy az én gépem már régi kifutott darab, de van két darab szűkítőjük amit szívesen elküld nekem. Két munkanapon belül megkaptam a csomagot amire még szállítási díjat sem számoltak fel. Ritka az ilyen pozitív hozzáállás. Nagyon köszönöm. Maximális 5* I was looking for a reducer for an old type of hair dryer. I contacted the company by phone. The lady in the office very kindly informed me that my machine is an old exhausted piece, but they have two reducers that you would be happy to send me. Within two business days, I received the package for which I didn't even charge for shipping. Such a positive attitude is rare. Thank you very much. Maximum 5 *

Amikor írtam nekik elküldtek hogy magánszemélyekkel nem tudnak foglalkozni. Írtam az európai központjuknak ahol megígérték hogy küldenek csere fejet, azt november óta várom. Vicc ez a cég. Senkinek se ajánlom. I bought a hair clipper that didn’t cut my hair properly. There is no guarantee for the head, of course. Replacement parts are not sold in Hungary. When I wrote to them I was sent that they could not deal with individuals. I wrote to their European headquarters where they were promised to send a replacement head, I have been looking forward to it since November. Joke this company. I would not recommend it to anyone.

E-mailt is írtam,természetesen arra se óhajtanak reagálni. Szégyellhetik magukat !!! I have been trying to reach them by phone for 3 weeks to extend the warranty to my 2 machines, but the number cannot be switched. I also wrote an email, of course they don’t want to respond to it either. They may be ashamed of themselves !!!
R	Robi Sebők on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hete hogy felküldtem egy 40e forintos hajvágógépet, nem olyan nagy bajjal. Se hívni nem tudja az ember őket ráadásul semmi értesítőt nem írnak. Aztán majd mi lesz karácsonykor külditek vissza vagy mi?.....Jó lenne ha kicsit komolyan vennék ezt nem pedig így 3 weeks ago I sent a 40e forint hair clipper, not so much trouble. You can't even call them, and they don't write any notices. Then what will you send back at Christmas or what? ..... It would be nice if I took this a little seriously and not like that.

Ok világos, ma ismét telefonáltam (szeptember 2), még mindig ugyan az a szöveg. Akkor most én vagyok a hülye? Mert augusztus 19 nem most volt hanem kb 2 hete. Fogyasztó védelmi hatósághoz fordulok, javaslom ezt azoknak is akik szintén nem tudják érvényesíttetni a termék garanciájukat!!!! I called the service center 1 week ago (August 26) about a warranty dog trimmer, says the recorder is free from August 9th to 19th. Ok clear, I called again today (September 2), still the same text. Is that stupid now? Because August 19 was not now but about 2 weeks. I turn to the consumer protection authority, I also recommend this to those who are also unable to enforce their product warranty !!!!
