Garanciás volt,bevizsgálták, a végén azt állapították meg, én vagyok a hiba okozója. Ilyen probléma a 40 év cipohasznalatom mellett sohasem történt. Expensive street shoes with a rough material defect inside the heel section. Rarely and only with office use, it all happened after 1 month of use. It was under warranty, it was tested, in the end it was determined I was the cause of the fault. Such a problem has never happened with my 40 years of shoe use.

Az üzletvezető helyettes közölte, hogy "használt cipőt nem nem áll módjában visszavenni, otthon kellett volna kipróbálnom szőnyegen és ha nem jó teljesen új állapotban visszavinnem továbbá a cipő talpán látszik, hogy kopott, illetve a szélén is vannak csíkok". A fotókon látható, hogy hibátlan az állapota... I got a shoe with a print on the upper part of the toe, so I took it back and wanted to buy it. The deputy manager said "I can't take used shoes back, I should have tried them on carpet at home and if I didn't take them back in a brand new condition and the sole of the shoe shows worn or streaks". The photos show that it is in perfect condition ...
