★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed on a business trip which was probably a bad choice. Its not a hotel for business travellers as nothing here caters for them. The rooms were very hot and no air con or fans available. Window opened onto a courtyard but about 4 inches so no use for fresh air.
The leisure area opened at 9am! What use is that you want to work out or swim etc before work. It also closed early making it useless to me.
The food was OK at best and the service in the restaurant painfully slow. My wine arrived after my dinner!
The reception staff were incredible and I left them a huge tip to say thank you.
