★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemrég volt szerencsém ismét náluk vásárolni. Problémám akadt a vásárlást követően a termékkel (Nem a bolt hibájából adóan), és megpróbáltam náluk ezt megoldani. Nem számítottam semmi jóra,mert az ember ezt szokta meg Magyarországon. Nem vagyok egy blokk gyüjtögető típus, így még azt sem vittem el,és ennek ellenére is: Hihetetlenül kedvesen, rugalmasan ,segítőkészen álltak a problémám orvoslásához. Nem utasítottak el, nem azzal piszkáltak ,hogy hol a blokk,nem a kibúvókat keresték. Azt sem tudtam, hogy merre vagyok arccal előre. Nem akartam elhinni, hogy ez Magyarországon van ,és ébren vagyok. 3X kellett visszamennem ,mire a problémám megoldódott, de mindvégig hihetetlenül kedvesek ,segítőkészek voltak. LE A KALAPPAL!!! Nagyon kevés ilyennel találkoztam! Ajánlom őket bárkinek!
I recently had the good fortune to buy from them again. I had a problem with the product after the purchase (Not due to a store fault) and I tried to solve it for them. I didn't expect anything good, because people are used to it in Hungary. I’m not a block-gatherer type, so I didn’t even take it, and yet: They were incredibly kind, flexible, helpful to remedy the problem. They didn’t reject it, they didn’t poke around where the block was looking, not the loopholes. I didn’t even know where I was face to face. I didn't want to believe that this is in Hungary and I'm awake. I had to go back 3X by the time the problem was solved, but they were incredibly kind and helpful all along. HATS OFF!!! I have met very few of these! I would recommend them to anyone!
