Hired them to do a post-renovation deep clean on Nov 16. They arrived early but with some equipment missing. They did a FANTASTIC job in some areas, and a ridiculously bad job in others. They did a mind-blowingly good job for the balcony furniture. They left the windows dirtier than they were when they arrived. They restored the toilet after it was mistreated for months by renovations crew. Overall a very polite crew who evidently did the best job they could possibly have given all circumstances. However, I am in awe by how they failed in some areas so miserably yet succeeded in others so brilliantly. They also accidentally took some of the cleaning products I had in the house before. I'm not dissatisfied, but I also doubt I will hire this company again.

One of the best cleaning companies in Budapest, they have a professional team and they are trustworthy to deal with! I highly recommend their deep cleaning services, they leave things spotless, and they are cheaper compared to other cleaning companies.

MY MONEY 40K WAS STOLEN. Don’t use this service if you want to get a proper treatment as a customer. I ordered a cleaning service and the money (40,000 forints) that was hidden in two different baskets were stolen. On top of that, our wooden floor was all damanged due to a poor cleaning service. When I called them to tell what happened, they said there is no evidence that cleaners stole the money and that wooden floor was damanged because of them. At the end of a long fight, I did not pay for the cleaning fee which was much cheaper that was was stolen and they said they will take full responsibility and pay back a small portion back (15k out of 40k). But instead they ignored me for weeks and when I kept reaching out, they finally answered and they said they had an order from the boss to NOT reply me and that I should be “grateful” and “happy” since I did not pay for the cleaning. Would anyone with the sane mind pay for a service when 40k was stolen and the floors were unfixably damanged? After a dreading conversation, I got 15k back after weeks. I am not writing this review because of the money. It’s not the money that matters. It’s about how they treat their customers and how they LIE about taking the full responsibility and start blaming the victim. Not to mention how they steal from you right in front of you. I am sure there are plenty of other cleaning services out there that do not steal from you and that treat you fairly. It’s literally the WORST experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. Shame on you. I have all the conversations saved on Whatsapp and google chat. Don’t you dare try to say that this is not what happened.

WORST cleaning service company ever, their cleaner stole my money and they initially said they would take the responsibility but took ages to send a tiny portion of the original amount of the stolen money after ignoring me for weeks, blamed me for “not taking care of my belongings” and told me they have changed their company policy now to NOT be responsible for any belongings of the customers being stolen. So don’t use their service unless you want your money stolen and get blamed for it :/

Thankyou soo soo much I don't have words to explain they were so Excellent. Have done a wonderful job. My home looks brand new. I thank you from bottom of my heart. More than 5 stars.
