S	SHUBHAM JAIN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very useful 24 hours open Coin/tocken operated locker 5-8min walk from Astoria metro station. Tockens can only be taken by payment in HUF via card. Lockers of 3 sizes available. Tip: To lock, Make sure to TURN THE KEY LEFT and TAKE IT OUT ( "/" open position to "\|" closed position. The key doesn't turn full left to "\" position) . If you turn it back to RIGHT (to open "/" position, coins will be lost and locker won't be locked and you will have to pay again for tokens. We were not able to lock first time and lost 2 tokens (1000 HUF). So we had to pay again to getbthe tokens to lock. But I received a quick reply of my email and a refund of my extra payment. Highly recommended.

Contacted support on the email provided at the premises and they were very quick to offer assistance. Would definitely recommend! Note that if paying by card, you may need to try a few times with the machine. For me, swiping my card and then using the chip pin seemed to work best. Also be sure to read the instructions carefully and check that your lockers lock mechanism moves (this might have been the problem with mine). When the key turns to lock, it doesn’t move that much so just be sure to hold it locked and then pull the key out.

I wrote to support via email and they answered me very quickly and without any hassle refunded 3 coins worth od money. Very understanding and helpful service.

We had to buy some coins in order to use the lockers, and when we put them in the locker's door (in order to lock), nothing happened but the coins got "swallowed" - twice. Avoid this place when looking for a luggage storage, although it has good reviews and seems cheap.
