Clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast and quite convenient location since it's close to metro, train and bus station. Some small details could be improved, like a normal wordrobe or one shelf more in case of long stay is needed to put your stuff. Also 2 towels per person instead of 1! But in general the rest was perfect

Very bad customer service. When i confront them that the service has not been satisfactory no response from them at all. Hygeine problem at the breakfast as the cutleries were not clean and i also saw a staff putting cereal that had fallen out of the jar back to the jar. The hotel does not hold up to the quality of accor hotels at all.

If there was 0 stars I would have give it to this Ibis hotel.( Ibis hotel Castle Hill-Budapest) I travel a lot and I used/use Ibis hotel as base for my trips. I will never do it again after this, neither should you! After a long trip the first thing you want to do is refresh yourself, wash your face a have a good sleep, YOU CAN'T! The disgusting thing happening as soon as you turn on the tap is water filling up the sink straight away and disgusting things start to come out from the pipes, problem that it's obviously there for a while, to get to that point! And the second but not the least is that there are 30 degrees in the room, yes 30 degrees, even after turning off the thermostat. That's so bloody ridiculous that it became even more ridiculous when I went downstairs in reception to ask for help( at 3.30am!!!!!)and the staff just told they had that problem for a while and I could just open the window. They did absolutely nothing, that's not the customer service I expected, never again with ibis hotel, you absolutely ruined the good option I had of this company. I totally waisted 70€( that of course they took with pleasure without saying anything about all the problems) that nobody will ever give me back. DO NOT GO!!!

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to. When we moved out, they wanted to charge me for the breakfast we paid for. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and accordingly had 3 breakfasts, for each of which we paid. The staff themselves showed us a check for payment where this information was provided, but they claimed that we had breakfast there 4 times. This is complete nonsense because we were in the hotel from 6 to 8, and the workers insisted that we pay for 5, although we were not even in the country. They didn't care about all our arguments, checks, signatures for breakfast, stamps about arriving in the country on the 6th. I never recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not worth those nerves.

Good stay. OK rooms, clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Located close to Castle Hill. One wish: Please fill up the automat in first floor with water more often, or fill with more water bottles. Water disappeared very fast, whereas the drinks containing sugar remained.

The hotel is in the center of Budapest, close to many landmarks of the city. The rooms are small but sufficient for short stay. The breakfast was satisfactory. I liked scrambled eggs and olives. It is a quiet hotel. I did not hear any disturbing noise, thus easy to sleep

Room is pretty decent and big for the price. We heard good things about the food in the restaurant which was indeed good but service super slow, few stuff and the guy serving not the most polite. They charged us “a service fee” of about 10€ in the end which was a surprise as we did not know. I understand every country has its own rules but the food and drinks took 30 min to arrive, so I would like to be the one deciding if I should tip the service or not. Also do not expect any super sound isolation, we could hear the people on the corridor
