Persze, neten rendelni simán lehet és személytelenül megkapja az ember a csomagot, de ha valaki személyesen megy a Budapest-Külsőn található boltba, akkor olyan flegma kiszolgálásban részesül, amitől szinte kifordul az ajtóból. Minden más volt, amikor még a két tulaj vitte a boltot személyesen a régi irodában, mostanában viszont az alkalmazottak nem tudják hozni ezt a szintet. Egész nap hívom a megadott telefonszámot, és nem veszik fel. Mikor a boltba érek, és rákérdezek a telefonra: "Ja, egész nap nem értünk rá". Továbbá hatalmas segítség volna, ha a boltban vásárolható képernyővédő fóliát fel is tudnák tenni a telefonra, de erre az utóbbi 3 évben egyszer sem volt lehetőség. Úgyhogy maximálisan elégedett vagyok velük, és ha legközelebb is kell valami a telefonra akkor csak tölük vásárolok megint.
