G	György Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nullánál kisebb értékelést nem lehet itt adni,pedig kb azt érdemelné a szerviz a részemről,és csak ezért az 1 csillag. A mai napon bementem érdeklődni ,mert sikeresen összetört a telefon hátlapján a kamera kis ablaka . Azaz egy hátlap csere alapból kellet volna . Válaszul annyit kaptam,hogy csak úgy vehetnek fel készüléket szervizre,hogy minden hibáját ki kell javítaniuk ,csak úgy adhatja ki a telefont javításból ha az előlapját , közép keretet is megrendelem,mert azon is vannak apróbb sérülések . ( Az előlapján üveg fólia van kicsit megviselt állapotba az igaz, de egyrészt az még nem is zavar .Másrészt mivel rálóg a hátlapra azt is cseréltettem volna ) És csak szervizelés közbe derül ki ,hogy a kamera lencséje sérült e és kell e cserélni így az még egy plusz költségbe kerül. A szervizes dolgozó annyit mondott ,hogy nem érdemes javíttatni annyiért amennyibe mindez kerülne. Ehhez a hozzáálláshoz csak gratulálni tudok, hogy "CSAK ÚGY ADHATJUK KI A KÉSZÜLÉKET ,HOGYHA MINDEN RÉSZÉT MEGRENDELEM CSERÉRE". Azt hiszem eme darab készülék volt utoljára SAMSUNG termék a tulajdonomba . Unfortunately, a rating less than zero cannot be given here, although it would be about what the service deserves on my part, and that's why it's 1 star. I went in to inquire today because the small window of the camera on the back of the phone was successfully smashed. That is, a back cover should have been replaced by default. The answer I got was that they can only take the device for service so that they have to fix all their faults, they can only take the phone out of repair if I also order the front cover, middle frame, because there are minor damages on it as well. (The foil on the front is a bit worn, but on the one hand it doesn't bother me. On the other hand, since it hangs on the back, I would have replaced it) And only during service does it turn out that the camera lens is damaged and needs to be replaced so it will cost an extra cost. The service worker said that it was not worth repairing as much as it would all cost. For this attitude, I can only congratulate you that "YOU CAN ONLY RELEASE THE APPLIANCE AS I CAN REPLACE ALL ITS PARTS". I think this piece of device was the last SAMSUNG product in my possession.

Igazából köszönettel tartozom a kollégának segített dönteni. Azonban azon elgondolkodnék, hogy utóbbi valós VÁSÁRLÓI bejegyzések vajon miért egy csillagosak.... Barcsak tudnam a nevet, mert szeretnem kiemelni. Utana tobb alkalommal is felkerestem az uzletet egyeb tartozekok miatt is, valamint problema miatt. Kivetel nelkul mindig ugyanaz a segitokeszseg, kedvesseg es turelem (ami kell, ha a vasarlo nem epp muszaki zseni, mint ahogy en sem vagyok az). Ugyhogy itt is nagyon szepen koszonok mindent! ? K	Karem Bh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a car charger set for my Samsung S10, one of the sales agent who was acting unprofessionally, with hesitation provided me with the charger set after I have told him it's for my S10. Arriving home, I opened the box when realized that the cable in it is not compatible with my S10. I had to go back to the store, where the sales person wanted to shake me off by saying that I can come back on monday to have it changed but no refund nor I could change it in their other store.
