- We had an appointment at 12:05 but nobody appeared before 12:30
- Form to fill only in Hungarian language (thanks Google)
- Antigen test with saliva, not from nose
- Website price 9.900 huf, in site price 15.000 huf: they charged more than 50% of the website price just because "was sunday" (was not written anywhere)
- 15.000 huf = more than 40€ for a rapid test

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the test and they send our results more than 24 hours !! They wrote wrong our names !! We were lucky in our trip!! Very expensive !

When I arrived to my appointment, nobody was there.
I called the number on their website, and they seemed to be completely unaware of the appointment and told me to wait 20 minutes until they got there.
After they did my pcr test they told me they would send it no later than 9pm the next day....which of course did not happen. They eventually sent me my results the minute I got onto my flight. Luckily nobody checked my pcr test at the airport.
VERY EXPENSIVE AND COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE, AVOID!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. We arrived with an appointment for 12:05 and until 12:27 the clinic was closed because the staff was “stuck in traffic”. Unbelievable. And on top of that the price charged was 50% higher than the one on the website “because it was Sunday”. Really unbelievable.

They returned my result within 24 hours which allowed me to get home (it was a holiday weekend too so double kudos).
I would recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Budapest as they are efficient, speak good English and are very welcoming.
