Sokat használom, mert számítógépen dolgozok és a munkámmal kapcsolatos oktatásokat, letöltéseket és információkat mindig gyorsan és pontosan tudom elérni. A szerelők nagyon értik a munkájukat gyorsan hozzáértően dolgoznak. I am maximally satisfied with the service of Intellihome. I have been in contact with them for many years and it has always worked well. I use a lot because I work on a computer and I can always access education, downloads and information about my work quickly and accurately. The mechanics are very understanding of their work and work quickly and competently.
A	Anna Huszár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igazából minősíthetetlenül gyenge, az egy csillag is túlzás. Az internet esik-kel, gyakran órákra kiesik. Ilyenkor (ha el lehet érni az ügyfélszolgálatot) a társszolgáltató hibájára hivatkoznak, tehát nekik semmi közük hozzá... igaz, az egész országban semmi gond akkor a nettel, csak náluk és az állítólagos társszolgáltatónál, aki ezek szerint csak nekik szolgáltat. A TV szolgáltatás is borzalmas minőségben jön. Általában a legérdekesebb pillanatokban merevedik be a kép 10-20 másodpercekre rendszeresen, vagy esik szét teljesen, hogy élvezhetetlen az egész. A legszebb, hogy mindezt horrorisztikus áron vesszük, többszörösét fizetjük ezért az egész borzalomért, mint bármilyen más szolgáltatónál a jobb és megbízható szolgáltatásért. Miért nem hagyjuk akkor ott ezt a céget?! Mert ahol lakunk, csak ezek kábeleztek be és más szolgáltató nem ad el itt semmit. Matt! Szerintem véleményt is felesleges írni, mert gondolom, csak azok az ügyfeleik, akik nem tudnak mást választani, azok pedig csak összetett kézzel rimánkodnak naponta, hogy a túlárazott havidíjért legalább net legyen valahogy, a TV nem számít, ki nézi már... A net hiánya viszont jelen helyzetben konkrét anyagi kár, mert szinte mindenki otthonról dolgozik. In fact, it is incredibly weak, that one star is an exaggeration. In this case (if customer service can be reached) they refer to the fault of the co-service provider, so they have nothing to do with it ... true, there is no problem with the net in the whole country, only with them and the alleged co-service provider who says they only provide them. The TV service also comes in awful quality. Usually, the most interesting moments stiffen the image for 10 to 20 seconds on a regular basis, or fall apart completely to make it unenjoyable throughout. The best part is that we take all this at a horror price, paying many times more for this whole horror than any other provider for better and more reliable service. Why don't we leave this company there ?! Because where we live, only these are wired in and no other provider sells anything here. Matt! I also think it is unnecessary to write an opinion, because I think only those customers who have no choice but to rhyme daily with complex hands to have at least a net for the overpriced monthly fee, the TV doesn't matter who is watching ... The net however, its absence in the present situation is concrete material damage because almost everyone works from home.
A	Annamária Tóth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 csillag sem, sajnos nem lehet MÍNUSZ 10-et adni!!!! Össze-vissza hazudoznak, hogy nincs box, azért nem jelentkeztek másfél hónapig bekötésre!!!! Majd mikor érdeklődtem, hogy mikor óhajt kijonni a kolléga, következő héten hívott a szerelő, közölte, hogy szerda reggel 9.. Mondtam, hogy 17 h után tud jönni, mert dolgozom, és nem tudok szabadságot kivenni... Erre ő: 8-17 h ig van beszerelés, akkor visszadob az Ügyfélszolgálatnak, hogy nem vagyok otthon szerelési időben!!! Persze még örült is neki, hogy nem kell dolgozni, legalábbis a hangja ezt sugallta... Az Ügyfélszolgálatos "hölgy" össze vissza beszélt, és nem igazán üzleti stílusban!!! Komolyan ez milyen SZOLGÁLTATÓ cég????? Mit képzelnek magukról????? Nem véletlen ez a sok negatív vélemény!!! Jó lenne, ha a cegvezetőt érdekelné...!!!! És hozzáteszem, a mi házunkban két ilyen szolgáltatásra méltatlan cég van, akivel lehetne szerződni..!!!! Felháborító, botrányos!!! Not even 1 star, unfortunately you can't give MINUS 10 !!!! They lie back and forth that there is no box, so they didn't sign up for a month and a half !!!! Then when I inquired about when my colleague wanted to get out, the mechanic called the next week, he said that Wednesday morning 9 .. I said he could come after 5pm because I work and I can't take time off ... To this he: 8- If there is an installation until 5 pm, you will return it to the Customer Service that I am not at home during the installation time !!! Of course, he was even happy that he didn't have to work, at least his voice suggested ... The Customer Service "lady" spoke back together and not really business style !!! Seriously this is what SERVICE company ????? What do they imagine about themselves ????? It is no coincidence that these many negative opinions !!! It would be nice if the company manager was interested ... !!!! And I would add, there are two companies in our house unworthy of such a service that you could contract with .. !!!! Outrageous, scandalous !!!

We use the service in Fótliget, we are satisfied with it. So far we have only had a TV bug, but it was fixed soon after it was reported.

Sávszélesség rendben van, 4 év alatt eddig egyszer volt probléma a szolgáltatással, egy napon belül megoldották. We use a microwave internet service from them. Bandwidth is fine, there has been a problem with the service once in 4 years, it has been resolved within a day.

Tavaly volt egy router cserém, a megbeszélt időben kint voltak, s pikk-pakk meg volt az engedélyezés a hálózathoz. Párszor elment a net, de csak pár órára, ez mindenhol előfordul. Én saját tapasztalataim alapján csak ajánlani tudom. It’s been over 6 years since I contracted with them - just internet service - and I’m happy. I had a router replacement last year, they were out at the scheduled time, and I had the spades to enable the network. The net has gone a few times, but only for a few hours, it happens everywhere. From my own experience, I can only recommend.
