Arról nem beszélve,hogy volt hogy másfél órán keresztül beszéltünk, mindig továbbkapcsolva más ügyintézőhöz. Napokig nem tudták megoldani semmit.
Órákat kell várni,egy hívásnál, hogy felvegyék.

Az ügyintéző még annyit sem várt hogy helyet foglaljak már elhajtott azzal a szöveggel, hogy: Ott a My Vodafone alkalmazás abban tessék az ügyeim intézni. A szerződéshosszabbítás nem történt meg, nem is fog, illetve a jövőben olyan szolgáltatónál költöm el a pénzem, amelyik megbecsüli ügyfeleit.
